How does Subscribe to Buy work?
Half of each subscription payment counts toward the $199 Forever price. Reach it and your subscription stops on its own — AgentPad is yours for good, and you’re never charged again. You can also pay the rest at any time from AgentPad ▸ Settings ▸ License with Own It Now.
How do I unsubscribe?
Right in the app: click Unsubscribe… in AgentPad ▸ Settings ▸ License. AgentPad keeps working until the end of the time you’ve paid for. If you come back later, what you’d put toward owning it is still there.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — within 30 days of any payment, no questions asked. See the refund policy.
What about the AI itself?
AgentPad works with the coding agents you already use — Claude Code, Codex and others — through your own accounts with them, or with models running on your Mac. Those services bill you separately.
Who handles the payment?
Our online reseller, Paddle, is the merchant of record for all orders. They handle payment, tax and invoices, and your card details go to them, never to us. You’ll get a license key by email straight after.
