Refund Policy

If AgentPad isn’t right for you, you can have your money back within 30 days of any payment — no questions asked.

What’s covered

• Forever — a full refund within 30 days of buying it.
• Yearly or Monthly subscriptions — a full refund of any payment within 30 days of it, the first one or a renewal.
• Own It Now — a full refund within 30 days of paying it.

After 30 days we’ll still look at any request where something went wrong — write to us.

How to ask

Email davey@loopware.com with the email address you bought with, or reply to your receipt, or use the link in your receipt from Paddle. Our reseller Paddle is the merchant of record for all orders and makes the refund back to the way you paid, usually within 5–10 business days.

What happens after a refund

• A refunded Forever or Own It Now payment takes Forever back, unless your other payments still add up to it. A subscription it replaced goes back to having ended.
• A refunded subscription payment no longer counts toward owning AgentPad. To stop future payments as well, unsubscribe in AgentPad ▸ Settings ▸ License (we’ll do it for you if you ask).

Cancelling a subscription

Cancelling stops future payments; AgentPad keeps working until the end of the time you’ve paid for. Cancel any time with Unsubscribe… in AgentPad ▸ Settings ▸ License.
